Description:
Set the maximum cranking Injector Pulse Width time in miliseconds for different ECT values.

Hints:
Allows you to set a cap on how much time the injector can be open at startup. You can effectively richen or lean the startup process using this function, which can be useful when using injectors larger than 36lb. You should use the Startup Fuel Table, but you can use this multiplier to cut the fuel delivery and help with hot & cold starts.
