#'s lower then 1 add's fuel, #'s higher then 1 removes fuel, 1.1 would remove 10% , .9 would add 10%. From Mike Glover: "this function depends alot on how you have things setup in your calibration. Obviously you can be in OL without being at WOT, but the WOT and OL throttle breakpoints are virtually the same. How your load is scaled also can keep it from affecting things. This function does work, seem to work better on the SD cars (I have not clue as to why) but I normally do not use it. My 331 67mm Turbo tune available on yahoo has some fuel enrichment at idle (that tune is OL at idle) and vs RPM for hi load non WOT fuel enrichment."
