This value and the Minimum value setting define the ACT range of temperatures in which this strategey may be enbled.
Hints:
Setting both the min & max values to zero (0) or 254 disables this strategy completly and
if your EEC has been cleared [long & short term fuel trim tables kept in KAM] then you can basically target
your A/F ratio in the Base Fuel table. This requires a Wideband O2 sensor to verify your A/F ratios.
