*From desmo - This is the base fuel map used until the ECT stabilizes, the temperature in which the EEC stabilizes is adjustable through a scalar, stabilized_min_ECT. The lower the value in that scalar the sooner the EEC switches from the base table to the stabilized table. Hints:

Base fuel is used during cold engine conditions. If you want to play with A/F ratio for WOT, you need to look at the high load area of the Stabilized Fuel table, and WOT fuel multiplier. I believe the Stabilized table is what's used in normal operating temp open loop modes.
